p15、p16基因在胆管癌中的表达及临床意义

目的研究p15、p16在胆管癌中的表达并探讨其临床意义。方法应用超敏SP免疫组化方法检测38例胆管癌和8例胆总管囊肿中p15、p16蛋白的表达情况。结果p15、p16蛋白在胆管癌中的表达阳性率分别为52．63％和57.89％，均低于在胆总管囊肿中的表达阳性率100％，有显著统计学差异（P〈0．05）；p15、p16蛋白阳性率在胆管癌Ⅰ～Ⅲ级逐级下降，Ⅰ级的阳性率高于Ⅲ级（P〈0．05）；在Ⅰ～Ⅳ期阳性率逐期下降，Ⅰ＋Ⅱ期的阳性率高于Ⅲ＋Ⅳ期的阳性率（P〈0．05）；有淋巴结转移癌组织中的表达阳性率为25．00％和31．25％，显著低于在无淋巴结转移癌组织中的阳性率72．73％，77．27％（P〈0．05）。结论p15、p16可能参与了胆管癌的发生、发展和转移，检测p15、p16蛋白的表达对评估胆管癌的分级、分期及淋巴结转移有重要意义、

Expression and Clinical Significance of p15, p16 in Cholangiocarcinoma

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of p15,p16 in cholangiocarcinoma. Methods Super-sensitive SP immunohistochemic - al method was used to detect the expression of p15, p16 proteins in 38 cases of cholangiocarcinoma and 8 cases of biliary cyst. Results The positive rates of p15,p16 were 52.63% ,57.89% in cholangiocarcinoma and 100% in biliary cyst. p15 and p16 positive expression rates in cholangiocarcinoma were significantly lower than those in biliary cyst (P<0.05) ;The expression level of p15,p16 proteins significantly correlate with tumor grade, clinical stage and lymph ncxle metastasis (P<0.05). Conclusion p15,p16 have close relationship with tumorgenesis, progression and malignant behavior in cholangiocarcinoma.
