| 摘 要： | 目的 检测p16及pRb在正常腮腺、PA和CPA中的表达情况，探讨它们表达的A相关性及在CPA发生中的作用。方法 免疫组化S-P法检测p16和pRb的表达，应用计算机图像分析系统进行定量分析。结果 p16在正常腮腺、PA和CPA中的表达逐渐减少，而rRb的表达逐渐增高，其关联系数r=-0.328。结论 p16和pRb在PA和CPA中的表达呈负相关，在CAP的发生中具有重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression of p16 and pRb in normal parotid gland,PA and CPA; and to evaluate the relationship between their expression.Methods The immunohistochemistry S P method and computer image analysis system were used to detect the expression of p16,pRb;and to assess the expression level of p16 and pRb protein.Results The expression of p16 got lower and lower from normal parotid,PA to CPA,While but the expression of pRb got higher and higher in those.The correlation rate of their expression was - 0.328 .Conclusion A negative correlation is observed between the expression of p16 and pRb proteins in PA and CPA. |
