| 摘 要： | 目的针对城镇居民医疗保险政策,揭示各类人群的人口分布规律、潜在的医疗保险参保人群,同时估计个人和家庭的收入趋势。方法利用微观模拟模型技术构建城镇居民医疗保险人口模型。首先是构建2005～2010年的人口结构,根据目标人口将2000年人口普查样本更新到2005～2010年,然后将更新后的人口数据库与参保职工数据实现统计拼接。结果完成了城镇居民微观人口模型的构建,经分析获得潜在医疗保险参保人群分布、家庭经济收入状况。在此模型的基础上,可针对参保居民的门诊大病和住院医疗过程进行模拟分析。结论分析结果有助于政府在制订相关的医疗保险政策时,充分考虑保障居民的医疗需求,促进医疗保险政策的可持续发展。
