社会支持对医学专业大一新生孤独感的影响

目的 探讨社会支持对医学专业大学一年级新生孤独感的影响.方法 从某医科大学2008级大一新生中随机抽取620名作为研究对象,采用情绪-社交孤独问卷和社会支持评定量表作为研究工具.结果 1存在孤立和孤独状态的医学专业大一新生占相当一部分比例;2医学专业大一新生的孤独感与社会支持总分(t=-3.94,P=0.001)及支持利用度(t=-2.916,P=0.001)和客观支持(t=-7.14,P=0.001)因子分有关,个人社会支持总分及支持利用度和客观支持因子分越高,其孤独感水平越低.结论 1医学专业大一新生存在不同程度的孤独情绪体验;2社会支持是医学专业大一新生产生孤独感的影响因素.

Influence of Social Support on Freshmen of Majoring in Medicine

Objective To discuss the influence of social support on the medical professional freshman＇s loneliness.Methods A total of 620 students from a medical college＇s freshmen in 2008 were randomly selected as the research object,using the ＂ESLI＂ and ＂SSRS＂ as a research tool.Results ①The freshmen of medical profession with isolation and loneliness state accounted for a substantial proportion.②The medical professional freshmen＇s loneliness had relationship with social support（t=-3.94,P=0.001）,the support degree（t=-2.916,P=0.001） and objective factors（t=-7.14,P=0.001）.The higher the points of social support,the using support degree and objective support factors,the lower level of the loneliness.Conclusion ①The medical professional freshmen have different degree of loneliness emotion.②Social support is one factor which produces the loneliness of professional medical freshmen.
