大学生归因风格、应激性生活事件与抑郁的关系

目的 探讨归因风格、应激与抑郁情绪间的关系.方法 使用归因风格量表、生活事件量表和抑郁自评量表,对236名在校大学生进行了问卷调查.结果 1归因风格、应激与抑郁情绪相关显著(P＜0.005),应激对抑郁情绪的直接预测效应显著(β=0.232,P＜0.001),归因风格中的成就性事件对抑郁情绪的直接预测效应显著(β=0.219,P＜0.001);2以抑郁情绪为因变量进行层级回归分析,归因风格中的内外维度与应激的交互作用项的R2改变显著(△R2=0.061,P＜0.001).结论 心理应激和归因风格中的成就性事件对抑郁情绪具有直接预测作用,归因风格中的内外维度对应激与抑郁情绪具有调节作用,它可以缓冲应激对抑郁情绪带来的负面影响.

Relationship of Attributional Style,Stress and Depression in College Students

Objective To explore the relationship of attributional style,stress and depression.Methods A total of 236 college students participated the present study.Attributional Style Questionnaire,Life Event Scale and SDS were used.Results ①Attributional style and stress had significantly correlation with depression（P0.005）.Stress had obvious prediction to depression（β=0.232,P0.001）.The achievement event of attributional style had direct prediction to depression（β=0.219,P0.001）.②Hierarchical multiple regression analysis showed that the standardized regression coefficient of interaction between stress and atrributional style had significant predictability on depression（ΔR2=0.061,P0.001）.Conclusion Stress and attributional style have a significant predictability on depression.Attributional style is a moderator on stress and depression,which can relieve adverse effects induced by stress.
