新兵愤世嫉俗特征路径分析

Path Analysis on Characteristics of Cynicism of Recruits.

Objective To explore the effect of psychosocial factors to cynicism of recruits,in order to provide scientific data to psychological counseling and psychotherapy.Methods Five hundred and sixty two recruits were evaluated by cynicism scale of Revised Philosophies of Human Nature（RPHN）,Life Event Scale（LES）,Eysenck Personality Questionnaire（EPQ）and Symptom Checklist 90（SCL-90）.Such analysis as rank transform one factor ANOVA, Person correlation and Amos pathway were implemented.Results Cynicism of recruits were significant correlated with EPQ（r=0.208～0.411,P〈0.01）,the total and factors score of SCL-90（r=0.225～0.292,P〈0.01）;pathway analysis of Amos showed that N was the most significant factor to personality of recruits（β=0.75,P〈0.001）;factors contributed to mental health of recruits were ranked with depression（β=0.91,P〈0.001）,obsessive-compulsive（β=0.87,P〈0.001）,anxiety（β=0.86,P〈0.001）,psychoticism（β=0.85,P〈0.001）,paranoid ideation（β=0.84,P〈0.001）and interpersonal sensitively（β=0.83,P〈0.001）et al;the direct effect of personality（β=0.38,P〈0.001）and mental health（β=0.10,P〈0.001）to cynicism and the indirect effects of personality between mental health and cynicism were significant（β=0.186,P〈0.001）.Conclusion Cynicism of recruits was significant influenced by personality and mental health,and personality had very important regulative role to cynicism.
