眼部恶性肿瘤患者行眶剜术的护理27例

目的　探讨眼部恶性肿瘤患者行眼眶内容物剜出术的护理。方法　总结 2 7例眼部恶性肿瘤患者行眶剜术的护理过程。结果　 2 7例患者中有 1例术后继发感染 ,其余患者术后无并发症。结论　术前做好患者心理护理和临床检查等准备工作是手术顺利进行的关键 ;术后做好饮食护理、术眼敷料观察及并发症的护理是保证手术成功的关键。另外 ,还要做好出院指导。

27 nursing cases of evisceration of orbit malignant tumor

Objective To study nursing of evisceration of orbit malignant tumor. Method To make a conlusion for nursing process for evisceration of orbit malignant tumor. Result There is one case had secondary infection among 27 patients,the rest had no postoperative complication. Conclusion It is the case of successful operation to take good preoperative preparation,such as metal care and clinical check;it is the key to ensure success of operation to be good at postoperative diet nursing,observation of eye dressing and nursing of complication. Additionally,it also should do discharge guidance well.
