| 摘 要： | 目的:观察补肾活血合剂对糖尿病阳痿(DMED)大鼠阴茎平滑肌组织中Bcl-2、Bax、Caspase-3表达的影响。方法:将实验小鼠用2%链脲佐菌素液(STZ)按60mg/kg,腹腔注射建立糖尿病模型,然后在每只糖尿病模型大鼠颈项处注射阿朴吗啡(AP0sigma公司)80μg/kg,录相记录阴茎勃起次数。筛选DMED模型,将造成DMED模型随机分为正常组、模型组、中药高、低剂量组、达美康组、达美康+安雄组。除正常组外,其余各组连续给药12周,然后处死测定阴茎平滑肌组织中Bcl-2,Bax,Caspase-3的表达情况。结果:补肾活血合剂对Bcl-2,Bax,Caspase-3有改善作用。结论:补肾活血合剂对糖尿病阳痿大鼠阴茎平滑肌组织中Bcl-2,Bax,Caspase-3有调控效果。
