| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨生血增白汤对骨髓移植小鼠造血微环境的影响。方法:将实验动物随机分为5组:正常组,未做任何处理;对照组、G-CSF组、生血组、生血+G-CSF组,建立小鼠骨髓移植模型,生血组及生血+G-CSF组胃饲生血增白汤浓缩煎剂。骨髓移植后的第9、14、24天进行外周血细胞和骨髓单核细胞计数,并做骨髓组织学观察。结果:骨髓移植后第9、14、24天生血组外周血细胞、血红蛋白、骨髓有核细胞计数及骨髓细胞增生程度均高于其他各对照组(P﹤0.05或P﹤0.01)。结论:生血增白汤具有一定的升高外周血白细胞、红细胞、血红蛋白的作用,并且能够促进骨髓移植小鼠骨髓组织增殖分化,骨髓细胞造血组织容量和成熟红细胞容量增加,脂肪组织容量减少,骨髓造血微环境得到有效改善。
