| 摘 要： | 目的:系统考察四物汤及其成分配伍的体外抗凝血作用,发现四物汤活血作用的物质基础,为体内动物实验提供参考依据。方法:采用凝血酶原时间(PT),活化部分凝血活酶时间(KPTT)和凝血酶时间(TT)为检测指标,观察四物汤、阿魏酸、川芎嗪、芍药苷对这些指标的影响。结果:体外凝血研究的结果表明四物汤、阿魏酸、川芎嗪、成分组合能延长凝血时间,且作用呈剂量依赖性。阿魏酸、川芎嗪起主要作用,阿魏酸和川芎嗪的成分配伍与四物汤的抗凝血作用没有明显差别。结论:阿魏酸、川芎嗪是四物汤活血作用的物质基础,两者配伍可以代替四物汤的抗凝血作用。
