| 摘 要： | 中药对多种脑源性疾病具有良好的治疗效果,这与中药有效成分透过血脑屏障(blood-brain barri-er,BBB)或改善BBB的形态结构和功能有关。近年来,许多学者从宏观到微观不同角度对单体、单味中药及复方对BBB的影响进行了深入的研究,取得一定成绩。通过对中药影响BBB研究进展进行探讨,旨在为中药治疗脑病机制研究提供思路。
