复方丹参饮对胰岛素抵抗大鼠血管内皮细胞ICAM-1、VCAM-1表达的研究

摘    要:目的:探讨复方丹参饮对胰岛素抵抗(IR)大鼠血清中细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)、血管细胞黏附分子-1(VCAM-1)的表达。方法:将60只Wistar雄性大鼠适应性的喂养1周,随机分为生理盐水组、胰岛素抵抗组、复方丹参饮预防组(中药预防组)复方丹参饮治疗组(中药治疗组)、罗格列酮组(西药对照组),每组分为12只。采用高脂高糖高胆固醇饮食喂养,建立大鼠IR模型。喂养16周以后采用酶联免疫法检测各组Wistar大鼠血清中ICAM-1、VCAM-1的含量。结果:与生理盐水组比较,除复方丹参饮预防组差异无统计学意义外(P>0.05),其余各组大鼠血清中ICAM-1、VCAM-1的含量均升高(P<0.05),有统计学意义;与胰岛素抵抗组相比较,西药对照组、中药治疗组与中药预防组均能减少大鼠血清中ICAM-1、VCAM-1的含量(P<0.05)。结论:认为复方丹参饮具有抑制大鼠血清血管内皮细胞ICAM-1、VCAM-1的过度表达作用,对胰岛素抵抗大鼠的血管内皮细胞具有保护功效。
