| 摘 要： | 目的:观察以养心安神为治则的养心方治疗焦虑抑郁障碍的临床疗效。方法:将90例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例。治疗组口服养心方,对照组口服黛力新,疗程6周。记录并比较治疗前后各组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、(HAMD)评分,并将两量表中有关心脏症状、睡眠症状评分单独进行对照。结果:两组治疗后HAMA评分、HAMD评分、心脏相关评分、睡眠相关评分均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.01)。按汉密尔顿减分率评定,治疗组总有效率为88.89%,与对照组的91.11%无显著性差异。治疗后组间比较,睡眠相关评分治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),其它评分差异不显著。
