| 摘 要： | 目的:通过观察运用活血化瘀法治疗特发性膜性肾病患者症状及血小板、凝血功能和纤溶指标、血浆白蛋白、血脂和尿蛋白的影响,客观评价活血化瘀法治疗特发性膜性肾病治疗的临床疗效,探讨该法治疗特发性膜性肾病的机理。方法:对照组采用糖皮质激素+他克莫司,实验组在对照组基础上予活血化瘀的汤方,观察血小板、凝血功能和纤溶指标、血脂、血浆白蛋白和尿蛋白水平。结果:血小板、凝血功能和纤溶指标的改善,血脂和尿蛋白下降及血浆白蛋白升高与对照组相比也有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:活血化瘀法可显著改善特发性膜性肾病患者症状及血小板、凝血功能和纤溶指标、血浆白蛋白、血脂和尿蛋白水平。
