| 摘 要： | 葛根素是中药葛根的主要有效活性成分,临床上主要用于心脑血管疾病的治疗,其药源丰富、疗效确切,具有良好的开发前景。通过对近年来葛根素提取、分离纯化、溶解度等方面的研究进展进行综述,为更好地开发利用葛根素提供参考。

| Abstract: | Objective:Puerarin is a major active ingredient of pueraria and used clinically for treatment of cardiovascular system diseases.The drug is rich in resourse and curative effect,with good prospect of exploitation.The latest research on extraction,separation and purification,solubility has been summarized.The aim was to provide a reference for the development and utilization of puerarin. |
