| 摘 要： | 山东省名老中医、第3批全国老中医药专家朱振铎教授认为,老年咳喘病因痰瘀为首,病机要点是阳气虚弱,肺卫不固;宿痰伏肺,肺失宣降;外邪犯肺,肺窍失宣。临证要辨虚实、标本、表里、上下、正邪,治疗则以益气养阴等六法。
