| 摘 要： | 目的:研究3味具有抗Hp作用的苦寒类中药对脾虚大鼠胃黏膜的作用。方法:采用过劳及饮食失节法制备脾虚大鼠模型,将黄连、黄芩、大黄、阿斯匹林、麦滋林灌服模型大鼠10天后,观测胃黏膜溃疡指数、黏膜损伤程度,测定血浆、胃黏膜组织SS、NO含量。结果:与模型组比较,黄芩组、大黄组的胃黏膜溃疡指数、黏膜损伤程度显著降低(P<0.05);黄芩、黄连、大黄组均降低血浆及胃黏膜组织SS的含量(P<0.05);黄芩、大黄组增高血浆及胃黏膜组织NO的含量(P<0.05)。结论:抗Hp苦寒类中药黄芩、大黄对大鼠损伤的胃黏膜具有一定的保护作用,其可能是通过降低血浆和胃窦组织SS的含量,升高血浆和胃黏膜NO的含量起作用。
