| 摘 要： | 目的:观察甲状腺机能异常患者足三里穴伏安特性的变化。方法:应用智能型穴位伏安特性检测系统检测56例甲状腺机能亢进患者、35例甲状腺机能减退患者和40例健康者足三里穴的增减双程伏安曲线,比较患者和健康者伏安特性的差异。结果:甲亢患者左右侧足三里穴伏安面积明显小于健康者(P<0.05),伏安曲线电压溢出率明显低于健康者(P<0.05)。甲减患者左足三里穴惯性面积明显大于健康者(P<0.05)。结论:甲亢患者足三里穴电阻明显低于健康者;甲减患者左足三里穴对能量传输的"畅通性"明显低于健康者。
