| 摘 要： | 目的:观察综合疗法治疗难治性跖疣的临床疗效和愈后复发率,以及年龄、病程、足部多汗等相关因素对难治性跖疣疗效的影响。方法:将210例难治性跖疣患者随机分为三组,中医治疗组采用修治疗法配合水杨酸粉封包及雀啄灸。综合疗法组为在中医治疗组的基础上,再加用卡介菌多糖核酸1mg肌注。西医治疗组采用CO2激光,加用卡介菌多糖核酸1mg肌注。同时观察记录各年龄段、病程、足部多汗等相关因素对难治性跖疣疗效的影响。结果:综合疗法组痊愈80.00%,复发率10.71%。中医治疗组痊愈55.71%,复发率30.77%。西医治疗组痊愈52.86%,复发率35.14%。综合疗法治疗组痊愈率及复发率明显优于对照组(P<0.05),其疗效与年龄、病程、足部多汗呈负相关,年龄越大、病程越长、足部多汗越重的患者疗效越差(P<0.05)。结论:综合疗法是治疗难治性跖疣的优先选择。年龄、病程、足部多汗及潮湿是影响难治性跖疣疗效的重要因素。
