| 摘 要： | 阐述养脾阴法治疗帕金森病的研究思路和方法,理论上提出脾阴虚是帕金森病的病机关键,脾阴虚肌肉失濡则强直少动,脾阴虚动风则颤抖动摇,养脾阴法应贯穿于帕金森病治疗的始终。在实验上应从养脾阴止颤方的神经保护为切入点,可能有助于养脾阴法治疗PD机制的初步阐明。临床研究应重视中医养脾阴复方的应用,其可发挥多重靶标优势,提倡随机、双盲、对照、大样本多中心临床试验。
