| 摘 要： | 目的:观察通腑汤对急性肺损伤大鼠肺组织CGRP水平的影响,探讨通腑汤治疗急性肺损伤的作用机制。方法:选取健康Wistar大鼠180只,随机分为正常对照组、模型组、地塞米松组、中药低剂量组、中药中剂量组、中药高剂量组、30只/组。尾静脉注射LPS复制ALI模型,半小时后中药各剂量组灌胃、地塞米松组腹腔注射治疗,于治疗后第1、2、6h,每组每次各10只,处死大鼠。ELISA法检测肺组织中CGRP的含量。结果:模型组CGRP含量高于正常对照组(P<0.05);地塞米松组、中药各剂量组CGRP含量均低于模型组(P<0.05);中药低剂量组CGRP含量高于地塞米松组(P<0.05);中药中、高剂量组CGRP含量与地塞米松组无差异(P>0.05);中药中、高剂量组CGRP含量均低于中药低剂量组(P<0.05);中药高剂量组CGRP含量与中药中剂量组无差异(P>0.05)。结论:通腑汤可降低ALI大鼠肺组织中CGRP的含量,高剂量组与中剂量组疗效较好。
