| 摘 要： | "治未病"理论是中医学的重要思想之一,有两个基本含义:一是未病先防;二是既病防变。方教授将中医"治未病"思想用于指导糖耐量异常患者的综合防治,将糖耐量异常归属"消渴病"范畴,以中医理论为指导,制定一套综合干预措施,从而防止或延缓糖尿病的发生,即"未病先防";方教授特别重视糖尿病肾病的防治,认为以"治未病"理论为指导,在糖尿病的早期,应着手防治糖尿病肾病的发生,即"既病防变",并制定出一套行之有效的干预措施,取得很好的临床效果。
