| 摘 要： | 目的:概括和分析近年来冠心病辩证分型的情况,为冠心病科研及临床研究提供参考。方法:收集13年来(1997-2009)冠心病辨证分型情况,研究①冠心病各复合证出现的频数、比例和统计学差异,②冠心病各证候要素出现的频数、比例和统计学差异。结果:复合证和证候要素出现频数前5位的分别为心血瘀阻、痰阻心脉、阴寒凝滞、气阴两虚、心气亏虚及血瘀、痰浊、气虚、阳虚、气滞。心血瘀阻、痰阻心脉型与心阴亏虚型,血瘀型、痰浊型与阴虚型均有统计学显著差异。结论:冠心病以复合证为单元和以证候要素为单元的辨证分型,两种方法各有优劣,但主要辩证类型相同,反应的疾病本质一致。
