| 摘 要： | 中医治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床疗效显著,但对其病因病机及治法方药方面尚存在不同认识。通过临床实践我们认为,溃疡性结肠炎的病因病机为脾虚是发病基础,热毒内蕴是发病的条件,瘀血阻络是病理产物,针对上述的病因病机,确立以益气健脾、清热解毒、化瘀通络为原则的治疗方法,将有助于完善溃疡性结肠炎的临床诊治。

| Abstract: | Traditional Chinese Medicine in treating ulcerative colitis(UC) has significant clinical efficacy.The understanding of the cause of UC and the method of treatment of UC are different.We consider that the pathogenic foundation is spleen asthenia,the pathogenic condition is heat and toxicants,and the pathology product is blood-stasis.According to this thought,we treat UC with the method of strengthening the spleen and supplementing Qi,clearing away heat and toxicants resolving blood-stasis and unblocking coll... |
