| 摘 要： | 目的:通过观察安脑平冲汤对大鼠脑出血后血清中胃泌素(gastrin)和生长抑素(Somatostatin)表达的影响,探讨安脑平冲汤对脑出血后引发急性胃粘膜病变的防治作用。方法:将120只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、安脑平冲汤组、雷尼替丁组。模型组、安脑平冲汤组、雷尼替丁组组内又分为24h、48h、3天、5天、7天共5个时间点,在脑立体定位仪下采用Ⅳ型胶原酶制备大鼠脑出血模型,观察大鼠脑出血后胃粘膜的病理变化,Elisa法检测血清中GAS、SS的表达。结果:与模型组比较,安脑平冲汤组和雷尼替丁组胃粘膜损伤程度降低(P<0.05);安脑平冲汤组、雷尼替丁组胃泌素水平较模型组均有明显下降(P<0.05);安脑平冲汤组生长抑素水平较模型组和雷尼替丁组均有明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:安脑平冲汤可能通过抑制胃泌素的表达,促进生长抑素的表达而发挥减轻脑出血后急性胃粘膜损伤的作用。
