局部和远道电针对根性痛大鼠脊髓背角及背根神经节NOS的表达影响

摘    要:目的:通过同节段局部和远道电针干预治疗慢性根性痛模型大鼠,观察其对脊髓背角及背根神经节中一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性变化的影响。方法:采用慢性根性痛大鼠模型,将30只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组(A组)、模型组(B组)、局部电针组(C组,取双侧L4"夹脊"穴)、远端电针组(D组,取双侧"阳陵泉")。通过NADPH-d组织化学染色,观察电针后脊髓背角及背根神经节NOS表达的变化。结果:患侧脊髓背角及DRG中NADPH-d阳性反应结果一致:B、C、D组较A组均增加明显(P<0.01),其中,B组增加尤其明显,较C、D组差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);C组阳性表达较D组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针的镇痛作用可能部分是通过抑制NOS的活性实现的。同节段局部电针组抑制NOS活性的作用较强。
