| 摘 要： | 目的:选择一种比色法作为白花蛇舌草总黄酮的最优测定方法。方法:以芦丁为标准品,通过直接测定法、硝酸铝法、氯化铝法3种检测方法的比较,确定一种检测方法作为白花蛇舌草总黄酮的测定最优方法。结果:经过比较,选择氯化铝法作为测定白花蛇舌草总黄酮含量更好,在410nm波长下测定,样品在0.05mg~0.3mg范围内,其浓度与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数R=0.9997,平均加样回收率为99.84%,RSD=1.31%(n=5),稳定性、精密度和重现性均理想。结论:氯化铝显色法的大部分指标都好于其他两种比色法,且分析时间较短,准确度高,因此三氯化铝比色法更适合白花蛇舌草总黄酮含量的测定。
