摘    要:观察"肩三针"电针复合温针对粘连前期风寒湿型肩周炎的治疗作用。方法:将97例粘连前期风寒湿型肩周炎患者随机分为两组,其中治疗组50例,采用"肩三针"电针复合温针法,对照组47例,采用布洛芬治疗。采用VAS疼痛评定法及肩部活动功能评定指标评定。结果:治疗组对粘连前期风寒湿型肩周炎的治疗总有效率达到92.00%,优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前后疼痛指数及肩关节活动4项指标有非常显著差异,结论:"肩三针"电针复合温针法能有效缓解疼痛,并改善粘连前期风寒湿型肩周炎肩关节活动障碍。
