| 摘 要： | 眩晕是目前医学界无法客观定义和测量的一个很有挑战性的常见的主观症状。就眩晕中西医结合中的若干临床问题进行阐述,包括眩晕的涵义和鉴别诊断;眩晕的病因病机;眩晕的诊断流程及临床诊断类型;眩晕的治疗原则,以期为眩晕的中西医结合临床诊治及研究提供参考。
