| 摘 要： | 目的:建立山楂叶提取物中总黄酮的含量测定方法。方法:以芦丁为对照,采用两种紫外-可见分光光度法对不同条件处理下的山楂叶提取物中总黄酮含量进行测定和比较分析。结果:山楂叶提取物中总黄酮的含量以硝酸铝显色法(510nm)测定为86.15%;氯化铝显色法(272nm)测定为35.19%。结论:两种紫外-可见分光光度法测定山楂叶提取物中总黄酮的含量有较大差异,采用何种方法测定其总黄酮的含量还有待进一步考究。
