| 摘 要： | 目的:研究甘松中甘松新酮的提取工艺。方法:以甘松新酮含量为指标,采用正交试验法进行提取工艺优选,考察回流法、渗漉法、超声法3种提取方法对甘松中甘松新酮的提取效果。结果:最佳提取方法为渗漉法。该法的最佳提取工艺为:甘松冷冻后粉碎,过40目筛,10倍量95%乙醇浸泡,每次24h,提取2次。结论:渗漉法具有设备简单,操作安全,避免温度影响,减少成分破坏,甘松新酮含量高等优点。
