茵陈蒿汤方剂配伍对急性胰腺炎小鼠模型作用的研究

摘    要:目的:通过茵陈蒿汤(HACD)拆方配伍对急性胰腺炎(AP)小鼠胰腺组织炎症病理和IL-6表达的影响,探讨HACD的方剂配伍规律对AP小鼠模型的作用。方法:选择健康昆明小鼠90只,分9组:正常对照组、AP模型组、HACD全方组、拆方配伍组(6组),每组各10只。选择间隔1h两次腹腔注射L-精氨酸(L-Arg)(200mg/100g体重)的方法制模,在注射L-Arg后24h,对不同组别进行胰腺组织炎症病理评分分析,并用ELISA法检测血清IL-6的浓度,应用RT-PCR法检测胰腺组织的IL-6mRNA。结果:腹腔内注射L-Arg后24h,全方组小鼠胰腺病理评分分值最低,其血清IL-6浓度与胰腺组织IL-6mRNA表达量最小,分别与拆方后的6组以及模型组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.01);有大黄的组别(大黄+栀子组、大黄+茵陈组、大黄组)胰腺病理评分、血清IL-6浓度与胰腺组织IL-6mRNA表达亦显著降低,对比无大黄组(栀子+茵陈组、茵陈组、栀子组)和模型组,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:全方组对减轻AP的炎症反应最为显著,在HACD治疗AP中,大黄可能起君药作用,茵陈、栀子对大黄作用可能有协同或相加效应。
