| 摘 要： | 目的:探寻大量纯化苦瓜中植物胰岛素的技术方法。方法:采用盐析、阴离子交换层析和凝胶过滤层析三步技术纯化苦瓜中植物胰岛素,并行电泳、层析和动物实验鉴定,壳聚糖包封。结果:目的提取物于11000处出现一条电泳带,相对迁移率与胰岛素相同;壳聚糖包封后苦瓜中植物胰岛素的降糖作用更显著。结论:本方法可适用于大量纯化苦瓜中植物胰岛素。
