| 摘 要： | 目的:通过对非小细胞肺癌患者免疫功能、生存质量变化情况研究,观察肺积方联合化疗治疗气阴两虚证非小细胞肺癌患者的临床疗效,为肺积方的临床应用提供客观依据。方法:采用随机对照研究方法,将70例经明确诊断的非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为治疗组(肺积方+化疗,n=35)和对照组(化疗组,n=35),从患者生存质量、主要临床症状、免疫功能三方面评价肺积方联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。结果:治疗组生存质量改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,治疗组可降低外周血CD8+水平和提高CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD 8+比值以及NK细胞活性水平,促进患者白介素2表达(P<0.05)。结论:肺积方联合化疗可以提高非小细胞肺癌患者的生存质量,改善患者的临床症状,并在一定程度上提高机体的免疫能力。
