| 摘 要： | 目的:观察九虫丹对糖尿病周围神经病变模型大鼠血清T-SOD,MDA的影响。方法:采用链脲佐菌素左下腹单次注射的Wistar大鼠作为DPN模型,随机分为5组:空白组、模型组、二甲双胍组、弥可保组、九虫丹组。每组10只。8周后观察大鼠血糖、坐骨神经传导速度、血清T-SOD、MDA的变化。结果:九虫丹组能明显降低模型大鼠血清MDA含量、提高T-SOD活性,与二甲双胍组及弥可保组相比具有统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:九虫丹能提高DPN模型大鼠血清T-SOD活性,降低MDA含量,抑制糖尿病大鼠氧化应激反应变化,对糖尿病大鼠周围神经病变有一定的干预作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the therapeutic action of JCD to DPN Wistar rat.Methods:Select healthy Wistar rats.Choose 10 one randomly as normal control.Successuflly reconstructed the model of DPN after injecting the Wistars'left lower-abdomen with streptozotocin(STZ) onetime.We divided the models into 4 groups randomly.They are model group,JCD group,Metformin group and Methycobal group.There were 10 in each group.After 8 weeks,we observed the effect of JCD on body weight,serum,goucose blood-serum level,T-SOD,MDA,NCV... |
