| 摘 要： | 目的:探寻脑梗死后抑郁症的较佳疗法。方法:将80例脑梗死后抑郁症患者随机分为两组。针刺组(40例)采用头、体针相结合的治疗方法。西药组(40例))口服盐酸氟西汀每天20mg,两组均治疗6周,分别对两组治疗前及治疗第6周末进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分,采用副反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果:针刺组总有效率为95.0%,西药组总有效率为90.0%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。HAMD评分两组治疗6周后与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01);两组间治疗后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗结束后两组间TESS评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),针刺组基本无不良反应,西药组表现为恶心、厌食、腹泻等。结论:头、体针相结合治疗脑梗死后抑郁症与服用盐酸氟西汀疗效相当,且安全、无不良反应。
