| 摘 要： | 《灵枢·九针十二原》中多次出现了"致气"二字,其已成为规范的名词术语。"致气"本义为,针刺不利时导致经气凝滞不散或者经气与外来邪气聚结不通。但在《黄帝内经》、《黄帝内经太素》、《类经》等古代医籍中笔者发现,"致气"蕴含着更多深刻的含义。"致气"可以温脉和血,通过留针、浅刺、按之、补法均可"致气",致气的部位是"神气游行出入"之所,可以通过脉象的变化来体察"致气"。

| Abstract: | Leading qi appeared several times in the passage of nine needles and twelve sources in the Miraculous Pivot,which became a normative term.The original meaning of leading qi is channel-qi stagnates or coagulates with pathogenic factor at the course of acupuncture mistreatment.However,the author argues that the normative term of leading qi has a more profound implication in some ancient Chinese medical literatures,such as the Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic,the Comprehensive Notes to Yellow Emperor's Intern... |
