| 摘 要： | 冠脉易损斑块的产生主要是由于长期五脏虚损,气血阴阳失调,气滞瘀血痰浊蕴积成毒,毒损心络所致。因此调气活血化痰、解毒通络为稳定易损斑块的基本治法。调气、扶正应贯穿于稳定斑块的整个过程,应用虫类药以加强调气活血化痰、解毒通络之效。

| Abstract: | Weakness of five viscera and the imbalance of qi,xue,yin and yang are the fundamental reasons of formation of vulnerable plaque of coronary arteries.Qi dificiency,qi stagnation,blood stasis and endogenous retention of phlegm turbid are the major pathological factors.As long as the blood stasis and endogenous retention of phlegm turbid have been accumulated for a long term,the toxin of blood stasis and phlegm turbid are formed and they do harm to the Xin-collaterals.So that the fundamental therapeutic method... |
