| 摘 要： | 《永乐大典》是一部专供皇帝御览的书籍,其中所录之书均据明初文渊阁所藏宋、金、元珍本,或访求民间珍稀善本缮写而成,对原著绝少改动,保存了古书的原貌。以现存《永乐大典》中妇科文献资料为研究对象,从剂型、单方、类用方药、癥瘕积聚方、有毒药物等5个方面,详细介绍了现存《永乐大典》中所载妇科临证方药的特点及临证运用。认为随着临床妇科疾病的越来越多元化,病情的越来越复杂化,治疗方法也应更宽泛和细化一些,这样对妇科临床的发展才能更加有益。
