| 摘 要： | 为探讨女性前位痔的手术方式,将140例女性前位痔患者随机分为两组,治疗组70例采用外剥内扎并梯形皮瓣游离术治疗,对照组70例采用单纯外剥内扎术治疗。结果两组临床疗效无显著性差异(P>0.05),但治疗组的伤口愈合时间、切口水肿、残留皮赘、术后复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。表明外剥内扎并梯形皮瓣游离术是治疗女性前位痔的一种较为理想的手术方式。
