| 摘 要： | 目的:观察补肾健脾中药对活动性乙肝病毒携带者肝功能和病毒学指标的影响。方法:将200例HBeAg和HBVDNA双阳性的乙肝病毒携带者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组100例。治疗组予补肾健脾中药口服24周,对照组不予任何药物治疗,观察两组患者12周和24周时肝功能、HBVDNA、HBeAg的变化。结果:12周时,两组患者肝功能、HBeAg和HBVDNA log平均值下降幅度无显著性差异(P>0.05);24周时,两组患者肝功能和HBVDNA log平均值下降幅度有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:用补肾健脾中药对活动性乙肝病毒携带者进行医学干预,可以打破免疫耐受,降低乙肝病毒的复制水平,为进一步抗病毒治疗创造条件,且安全性良好。
