| 摘 要： | 长期抑郁症的主要病机为脏腑阴阳失调导致的脑髓亏虚,治疗的根本是补肾填精。其理论依据是肾藏精、精成髓、脑为髓海和脑主神明,其临床基础是补肾药抗抑郁的疗效显著,其现代医学基础为补肾药能够促进骨髓间充质干细胞和神经干细胞增殖分化。
