| 摘 要： | 本研究将纳入试验的60例患者随机分配到对照组和治疗组,共治疗6周。治疗前后进行简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评定,两组对血管性痴呆患者的认知功能的均有改善(分别P<0.05和P<0.01),但从改善程度上发现头电针配合尼莫地平治疗VD患者在认知功能的改善上有优于单独使用尼莫地平治疗的趋势;在对各亚项进行了评分和分析时,发现治疗组对"定向力"、"计算力"的改善有极显著性差异(P<0.01);而对"记忆力"的改善均有显著性差异(P<0.05);对语言能力的改善两组均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。从而说明头电针配合使用尼莫地平治疗效果优于单用尼莫地平治疗,尤其在改善VD患者定向力和计算力方面头电针发挥作用显著。
