| 摘 要： | 目的 观察痛风性关节炎(gouty arthritis)及类风湿性关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)患者血清中超敏C反应蛋白(hypersensitive C reactive protein,hs-CRP)水平的变化.方法 选择健康体检者42例为对照组,痛风性关节炎组30例,类风湿性关节炎组20例及高尿酸血症组40例用全自动生化分析仪分别检测血清中hs-CRP、UA、RF的水平并进行统计学分析.结果 痛风性关节炎组及类风湿性关节炎组hs-CRP水平明显高于对照组(P＜0.05),痛风性关节炎组hs-CRP水平明显高于高尿酸血症组(P＜0.05).结论 hs-CRP可作为痛风性关节炎和类风湿性关节炎的诊断指标之一.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the alteration of serum high sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) level in patients with gouty arthritis or rheumatoid arthritis. Methods Automatic biochemistry analyzer was used to detect the levels of hs-CRP, uric acid, and rheumatoid factor in sera of 42 healthy controls, 30 patients with gouty arthritis, 20 patients with rheumatoid arthritis, and 40 patients with hyperuricemia.
