| 摘 要： | 目的：分析甲状腺、乳房和腹外疝3种清洁手术抗菌药物预防性使用现状。方法回顾性调查分析某院2013年1~6月期间，共966例患者围手术期抗菌药物预防性使用情况。结果围手术期患者抗菌药预防性应用135例（14,0％）；其中无指征用药1例，药物品种选择不当4例，术前用药时间不当16例，用药时间过长4例。结论围手术期抗菌药物预防性使用基本合理，但仍存在个别药物品种选择不当、用药时间过长等问题。
