邻接点算子二和邻接点算子一分析正常乳腺、乳腺脂肪与乳腺浸润性导管癌超声纹理的对比研究

目的 :通过邻接点算子二和邻接点算子一对超声纹理差别区分能力的对比研究 ,寻找逐步改进邻接点算法的途径。方法 :在完全相同的条件下 ,用邻接点算子二对邻接点算子一选用的乳腺超声纹理资料进行纹理参数测算 ,对比分析其结果。结果 :在正常乳腺组和正常乳腺脂肪组、正常乳腺组和乳腺浸润性导管癌组之间 ,邻接点算子二计算的相对不均匀度 (HSR2 )都有显著差异 (P<0 .0 1) ,而且这些差异都大于邻接点算子一测算的差异 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :在区分超声细小纹理和粗大纹理的分析中 ,邻接点算子二优于邻接点算子一 ,同时也说明邻接点算法存在着逐步改进的可能。

Comparative Study between Neighborhood Pixels Calculator Two and One in the Ultrasonic Texture Analysis Among Normal Mammary Glands,Normal Mammary Fat and Mammary Infiltrating Duct Carcinoma

Objective:To find out the improvement way of the neighborhood pixels algorithm through the comparative study of the distinguishing capability in mammary ultrasonic texture between neighborhood pixels calculator two and one.Methods:Under the same conditions,the neighborhood pixels calculator two was used to measure the identical ultrasonic texture materials,which had been chosen for the calculator one,and the results were analyzed comparatively.Results:Calculated by neighborhood pixels calculator two,the relative heterogeneity values(HSR 2)between normal mammary glands and normal mammary fat,and the HSR 2 between normal mammary glands and mammary infiltrating duct carcinoma were both significantly different( P <0 01).And moreover,the differences were larger than those calculated by neighborhood pixels calculator one( P <0 01).Conclusions:In the differential analysis between ultrasonic fine and coarse texture,the neighborhood pixels calculator two is better than calculator one.And it also indicates that there is possibility to improve the neighborhood pixels algorithm.
