| 摘 要： | 目的评价硬膜外自控镇痛(PCEA)对晚期癌痛的临床疗效.方法对50例晚期癌痛患者采用PCEA的方法进行镇痛治疗.结果癌痛完全缓解32例(64.0%),部分缓解18例(36.0%),缓解率为(100.0%).治疗前后疼痛程度差异有显著性(P＜0.05),患者治疗后生活质量较治疗前明显改善(P＜0.05),毒副作用明显减轻.结论 PCEA治疗晚期癌痛疗效确切,方便、安全,且能增强镇静和抗焦虑作用,改善癌症患者的生活质量.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of patient controlled epidural analgesia (PCEA) in treatment of terminal cancer pain.Methods Fifty cases of terminal cancer patients were treated with PCEA for pain relief.Results Thirty two cases of cancer pain were relieved totally (64.0%),18 cases were alleviated partially(36.0%),and the relief rate was 100.0%. There was significant difference between the degree of pain before and after the treatment( P <0.05).The life quality of the patients was improved dramatically( P <0.05).The toxic side effects were reduced markedly.Conclusion The result of treating terminal cancer pain with PCEA is reliable,convenient,and safe. PCEA can enhance the anesthetic and anti-anxiety effects,and improve the life quality of the cancer patients. |
