摘    要:<正> 缺铁性贫血是贫血原因中最常见的一种贫血,其发生率较高。本病的早期阶段—无贫血的缺铁发生率要比预料的高的多。近年来随着对运动性贫血研究的逐步深入,不少学者把注意力集中到铁代谢的问题上,认为运动性贫血与长期缺铁有密切关系。因此定期了解运动员体内铁贮备对预防缺铁性贫血和保持运动员良好的运动能力尤为重要。

Abstract:Hemoglobin concentration tests on 181 juvenile athletes engaged in regular training showed higher rate of incidence of anemia in the female and in those athletes doing endurance work. Low serum ferritin concentration was detected by radio immunoassay in 53 cases who had lower hemoglobin, concentration (male Hb<13g, female Hb<12.5g).The incidence of latent iron deficiency and iron deficiency was found to be higher in female(83.3%) than in male athletes (50%).Of the 53 cases, 69.81% showed a serum ferritin concentration of less than 30ng/ml, while only? 28.31% showed a sub-normal hemoglobin concentration.These results showed that the serum ferritin test was more sensitive than the Hb test indetermining the iron storage in athletes. The suboptimal hemoglobin status could well be assessed by the measurement of serum ferritin as a means of perventing iron deficincy and ensuring the athletes' optimal performance capacity. Measurements of Mg,++ Cu,++ Zh++ in serum showed that Cu. concentration related with hemogenesis decreased in athletes suffering from anemia caused by latcht iron deficiency and iron deficiency, while the Mg and Zn concentration not related with hemogenesis was within the normal range. It seems necessary for those athletes with iron defciency to be supplemented with proper amounts of Cu.
