江苏省创餐饮卫生示范街做法与体会

摘    要:目的为探索餐饮业的长效管理方法,提高江苏省餐饮业的整体卫生水平。方法制定了餐饮卫生示范街的创建标准,召开会议、宣传发动、培训、检查等。结果全省有9条示范街通过了验收、公示和命名。结论创建餐饮卫生示范街是提升餐饮业整体水平的有效举措,恰当的标准是创建成功的关键,社会各界的支持配合是创建成功的必要条件,创建工作在许多方面仍有工作要做。

Abstract:Objective To explore effective and persistent management methods for catering business for improving the province’s overall hygienic level of catering industry.Methods The foundation standard of the catering health demonstration street has be formulated,some meeting has be hold and the propaganda launch,training,inspection has be done.Results Nine demonstration streets passed the check and acceptance procedure and they were announced to public and named in the province.Conclusion The foundation is the effective action to promote the catering business overall level.The appropriate standard was the key for the success.Coordination of community founds the successful essential condition,and there are still a lot of works to do in many aspects of the foundation.
