| 摘 要： | 目的充分利用病案信息,主动为临床和医院管理服务。方法分析某医院5年来对病案信息的利用情况。结果病案信息资源越来越受到重视。医院管理、科研教学等都离不开病案提供的信息。结论病案书写质量是提供准确病案信息的基础。充分开发病案资源,是实现病案利用价值的需要。

| Abstract: | Objective To utilize medical record information to provide active services to clinical practice and hospital management. Methods: The utilization condition of medical record information was analyzed during the past five years in our hospital. Results: The information resources of medical record got more and more attention. The hospital management, scientific research and teaching were depending on the information of medical record. Conclusion: The writing quality of medical record is the base to provide exact medical record information. It is necessary to make the resources of medical record be developed sufficiently in order to realize the using value of medical record. |
